TOMILAKE was founded in 2015 by CEO TOM Chen. A young brand does not mean the weak production. In 2016, a new pipe production line was added to produce PE-RT, PEX-b and PEX-AL-PEX composite pipes. TOMILAKE insists on using global top brand raw materials and refuses to add recycled materials to save costs. Strictly in accordance with DIN standards, under the working pressure of 70 ℃, 0.8Mpa pressure conditions, guarantee a 50-year service life. For PEX-AL-PEX pipes, we use seamless laser butt welding technology, and use a laser beam with less power than cutting metal without vaporizing it and become a continuous solid structure after cooling.The seamless laser welding process aluminum layer is used as an oxygen barrier, even if it is a 0.25mm aluminum layer, it can reduce thermal linear deformation at the same time, is easy to bend, and can maintain its own shape and hardness.

 

In 2018, with the continuous transformation of UFH systems to intelligence and IoT, TOMILAKE invested heavily in the development of thermostatic control system components from a forward-looking perspective. From the perspective of user experience, we continuously improve the interactive applications between products and users, ranging from buttons and displays to software APP, artificial voice intelligence, IOT applications, etc., and strive to achieve "smart home" in a simple way. In 2021, a curved-screen colorful display thermostat panel combining aesthetics and cutting-edge technology launched, as well as the latest landing smart radiator thermostatic head .
